The Northam Advertiser

In December 2021, the Northam Chamber of Commerce resurrected The Northam Advertiser after the local newspaper was closed down by a large regional conglomerate at the beginning of the COVID global pandemic. This local paper offers positive information and stories for the community and provides our local businesses with a conduit to the broader community. 

The Northam Advertiser is a full tabloid size newspaper, available for free, printed and distributed monthly. There are 5,000 copies distributed each edition throughout Northam and the surrounding towns. 
 

With over 12k residents and over 800 businesses in the Shire of Northam, The Northam Advertiser is playing a pivotal role in connecting the local community with news, stories, events, heritage and sports achievements of residents in the Shire. All past and present editions of the newspaper can be found at thenorthamadvertiser.com.au.
